At EK Psychotherapies, we offer compassionate, personalised support grounded in over a decade of experience. Using evidence-based approaches like CBT and EMDR, we place you, your story and your pace at the heart of our work.

We support children, young people, and adults with challenges such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD, creating a safe space where you can feel heard and understood.

Our flexible approach honours each individual’s needs, including those with long-term conditions, perinatal experiences, and neurodiversity, helping you build resilience and reconnect with your strengths.

Comprehensive Mental Health Support

At EK Psychotherapies, we support individuals with a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, panic, OCD, PTSD, phobias, grief, and more. We also offer specialist support for long-term health conditions, neurodiversity, stress, menopause, and for children and young people.

Our BABCP-accredited clinicians are trained in evidence-based approaches such as CBT and EMDR, and we also offer ADHD assessments. Alongside client work, we provide Clinical Supervision to support other professionals in delivering safe, effective care.

    Elisha Kemp - Director/ ADHD Assessor/ ADHD and ASD Coach/ CBT/EMDR Therapist and Consultant in training

    With over a fourteen years of experience in mental health, I specialise in evidence-based CBT and EMDR therapy to support individuals on their healing journey. I am a qualified ADHD Assessor and specialise in adapted Neurodiverse coaching and therapeutic sessions for clients.

    I am also a Consultant in training in EMDR and offer supervision for both CBT and EMDR.

    Bridget Flynn - CBT/ EMDR/ DBT Therapist

    I am an accredited CBT Therapist with BABCP, accredited EMDR Therapist, DBT therapist, CFT and Behaviour Family Therapist. With over 35 years of experience working in this field, I have worked with individuals and groups specialising in Complex PTSD, all forms of anxiety, depression, personality disorder, panic attacks, phobia, low self-esteem, to build and maintain mental health wellbeing.

    Salomea Lubojanska-Sikora - Clinical Psychologist/ ADHD Assessor/ CBT/ EMDR Therapist

    I have nine years of experience working in mental health supporting individuals facing a variety of emotional and psychological challenges. Including neurodiversity, depression and low mood, anxiety disorders, OCD, sleep difficulties, low self-esteem, trauma, and PTSD. I offer online therapy sessions in both Polish and English to meet individuals needs.

    Emily Cheney - CBT Therapist

    I am an accredited CBT therapist with the BABCP.  I specialise in treating depression and anxiety disorders, including PTSD, OCD, Social Anxiety and Panic Disorder, among others.  I help people to understand themselves and their difficulties better, by providing a warm and compassionate space to explore and create positive change, empowering them to live authentic and fulfilled lives.

    Krishna Chauhan - CBT Therapist

    With over 8 years of experience working in mental health, I am a BABCP accredited CBT therapist.
