Adult: £1200
Child: £1400
This incudes:
Full clinical assessment with the client.
Information gathering with your chosen informer
Multi-disciplinary meeting(s), recommended by NICE guidance
Comprehensive report with shared care plans
Recommendations following diagnosis
Sessions - Depending on the individual this could be between 4-6 hours.
PLEASE NOTE - If you require a follow up, after diagnosis this will be chargeable. We can also arrange Medication appointments for those who would like these. Medication and medication reviews are chargeable.
We also recommend that you have a screening appointment prior to booking any assessments to ensure your assessment is carried out to the “GOLD STANDARD”. This is not mandatory, only recommended.
