Join us for Nurturing Neurodivergence, a five-week workshop created for parents and caregivers of neurodivergent children. This supportive and informative series explores the unique strengths and challenges associated with autism, ADHD, dyslexia and other neurodivergent profiles, helping families feel more confident in understanding and responding to individual needs.

Across the five sessions, we focus on practical, inclusive approaches that support communication, emotional wellbeing and family relationships, creating space for learning, reflection and shared experience.

Menopause Unmasked is a supportive, informative workshop that explores the physical, emotional, and psychological aspects of menopause. It helps participants understand what menopause is, why symptoms occur, and how hormonal changes can affect mental health and wellbeing.

The workshop shares practical strategies for managing symptoms, alongside mindfulness tools to reduce stress, build emotional resilience, and support mental wellbeing. Menopause Unmasked creates a safe, open space where menopause is normalised, understanding grows, and confidence is restored.
